September is not only National Blood Cancers Awareness Month, it is also National Childhood Cancers Awareness Month. The overwhelming majority of kids who get cancer are diagnosed with blood cancers.

One of the best fundraising organizations anywhere is St. Baldrick's Foundation, and for National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month they're disseminating a well-done and informative infographic about childhood cancer:

St. Baldrick

St. Baldrick's came to Dell Children's Hospital here in Austin last year. They are second only to the US government when it comes to dollars put towards funding research into childhood cancers.
