Summer Treats for Nausea or Mouth Problems

A friend of mine on Facebook recommended popsicles this morning, and I was so glad she did - if you struggle with feeling nauseous or have uncomfortable sores in your mouth, sometimes finding anything to eat feels impossible.

Particularly now that it's summer for most of our readers, whipping up some home popsicles is the perfect summer treat. Plus, you can sneak in some fruit, veggies, or yogurt to make them even healthier.

Here are some recipes to get you started:

Veggie Power Pops
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
1 medium pineapple
2 cups spinach
Water
Blend until smooth and pour into molds.

Or try any of these:

Apricot Mix 2 cups apricot juice with 1/2 cup soy milk (or skim) and freeze.

A tablespoon of organic raspberry jam mixed with water or milk. This is nice for that last bit of jam in the jar.

Pineapple and carrot juice

Plain old carrot juice

Smashed strawberries with lemonade

Thank you so much for

Thank you so much for providing these recipes. I guess this will be helpful even it’s not summer. At least, I won’t need several payday loans for my regular check-up because of nausea.
