Lymphoma Association Looking for East Anglia Bicyclists

On June 13, 2009 the Lymphoma Association will be holding its annual bike ride fundraiser and they're looking for cyclists.


The 2009 Lymphoma Association Bike Ride is a two-day, 150 mile event that starts and ends in the city of Norwich and includes one overnight stay in Ipswich.


In order to participate, riders must pay a £120 registration fee and raise a minimum £300 in sponsorship donations.


For participating, riders get:

  • --Two night's dinner, bed and breakfast
  • --Lunch on Saturday June 13 and Sunday June 14
  • --Drinks and chocolate
  • --Route maps
  • --A Lymphoma Association T-shirt


Proceeds go to the Lymphoma Association, the "only specialist UK charity that provides accurate medical information and support to lymphatic cancer patients, their families and friends." It was originally founded in 1986.
