Ethan Zohn Begins New Treatment
“Just know that although this war may seem long, you are winning
Just understand that the team in your fox hole is larger than your wildest dreams
Just realize that you are helping countless people in their own struggles just by being
Just believe that this will soon be a speed bump in your rear view mirror
Just keep the perspective and the faith
Just use this as a chance to continue to make a difference in this world”
This is an excerpt of an incredibly poem written by Stephen Brown for reality show Survivor winner Ethan Zohn, who is undergoing treatment for non-Hodgkin's leukemia.
If you’re following Zohn’s treatment at http://www.ezohn.com/, you know he is beginning his 30 days of isolation in “the bubble” for his stem cell transplant.
I have to admit I’m hooked on Zohn’s video diaries, which you can follow, too.
I would be remiss if I didn’t link to Cycle for Survival, one of the cancer charities he supports. Cycle for Survival is the indoor team cycling fundraiser that benefits lifesaving cancer research at Memorial Sloan-Kettering.
