Get in Great Shape & Raise Money to Fight Lymphoma

Few fundraising programs are as impressive as the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training (TNT) sports training program. This miraculous idea began over 20 years ago and has helped over 380,000 people—longtime athletes and beginners alike— train to take part in marathons, half marathons, triathlons, century bike rides and hiking adventure to raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Over 30,000 people will participate this year alone.

The program was launched in 1988 by a resident of Rye, New York, who put together a running team to run the New York City Marathon to honor the man's daughter, a leukemia survivor. That team raised an astonishing $322,000.

Whenever you raise money for an organization, it's important to know where that money is going. To see how the LLS spends it, click HERE.

You can see what kind of events are in your area by checking out TNT's event search page.
