I do not know what kind of lymphoma your husband has, but I have found great care at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota. They are very understanding and caring. They spend the time with you to answer all questions and to gether you find the best treatment for you.
In California, the top cancer centers are at UCSF Medical Center, Stanford Hospital, and UCLA Medical Center. Note that they're all associated with universities-- this is especially important if the lymphoma is rare, or you'll need access to novel or experimental treatments. Canada is a bit too broad for me to comment on, but the treatment at any one of these CA oncology centers will be among the best in the nation.

SupportGroups.com aims to build awareness and provide support for Hodgkin's Lymphoma and Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. If you are a friend or parent of a person that has been diagnosed with Lymphoma, or you have been diagnosed with Lymphoma, you are not alone. Share personal experiences, evaluate information and get support during times of need, illness, treatment or recovery.
Since the early 1970s, incidence rates for non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma have nearly doubled. Improved diagnosis has contributed greatly to the increase as doctors better understand cancer of lymphocytes and can distinguish it from other diseases.
