The number of radiotherapy treatments is not standard; it depends on lots of different issues that are specific to your lymphoma. If you've already undergone chemotherapy they may have determined that you don't need as many sessions as they originally thought you did.
Have you mentioned to your doctor the fact that the number has changed? You should- and they should be able to give you a very good reason why they have changed it.
