I think you mean Blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN), which used to go by the designation CD4+ CD56+ hematodermic neoplasm.
BPDCN is an aggressive cutaneous T-cell lymphoma; it's too new to have any standard treatment guidelines. However, because it resembles acute myeloid leukemia (AML), currently first-line treatment is often the same as the induction chemotherapy for AML, which differs depending on the patient's age and other factors, although most likely it would be cytarabine + daunorubicin.
