I'm not aware of an official line in the sand concerning pediatric and adult HL. Common sense would say that 18 years of age would be it, but it doesn't really work like that. It's more about treatment options adjusted for age. For example, this recent research study by Children's Oncology Group looked at a new treatment for pediatric HL and the cut-off age was 22.
