I just lost a really long response to your comment- long story short, a clean PET scan doesn't mean you're cancer free. You might be, but you also might still have cancer cells hanging around, and as soon as you end therapy it'll come roaring back.
The additional 7 treatments might be considered 'adjuvant' therapy, or mop-up therapy that kills the cancer cell stragglers that you can't see on a scan.
You don't want it to come back. You also don't want to undergo these extra treatments. I would talk it over with your loved ones, maybe bring one or more of them in with you and talk it over with your doctor before making the decision to stop treatment.
Think and talk it through, consider that putting in the treatment time now may spare you a difficult relapse a year or so down the road.

I've had "clean" pet scans & cat scans before. The technology is not fine enough to see small groups of cells. If any are left, they start multiplying again.
Half way thru my treatments I've had the scans, still
finished all the treatments and the cancer still came back. Twice.
Just saying all the treatments are necessary even if you would rather not have them. Talk with your doctor. Research has come up with the mixture and dosage for the best results and it's working.
