I have lymphomatiod papulosis what can I do to make it go away

I was diagnosed after my

I was diagnosed after my first pregnancy. The lesions spread all over my legs and I had a couple on my upper arms. I am fortunate that they are very small and have since settled down a little. After doing some research I found no answers with conventional medicine, and with a background in biochemistry I decided to visit a homeopath. Since we are aware that this is an immune disorder I decided to do whatever I could to boost my immune system. The golden ticket for me happened when he did food sensitivity testing and found that my body didn't digest foods like dairy, soy and caffein properly and they were in a sense depleating my immune system. So I took his advice and removed all the above from my diet. I was extremely healthy (for someone who was chronically ill with some kind of cold) until like most of us I slipped back and started gradually introducing them back into my diet. Within a couple weeks I had picked up a cold that I am just now shaking after 5 weeks. Needless to say I have learned my lesson. So my best suggestion to you is to treat the insides first and be good to your body and in turn you will have fewer pollups. Good luck!

I was diagnosed with LyP in

I was diagnosed with LyP in January 2007, at the age of 35. I was on holiday in America in November 2006 when I noticed a dry patch of skin on my leg whilst showering. This developed into something which looked like an angry mole. As I am a Nurse, I was able to ask a Consultant on the ward to have a look, and when he saw it he referred me to the Dermatology Consultant the same day. He took at look at it, and gave me some steroid cream. On New Years Eve I came out in a rash over my neck and around the lymph node areas of my body. Within days, I had a crop of lesions on my back, eyelid and one on my hip. I had two biopsies, and eventually after consultation with a further 5 dermy consultants was diagnosed. I was so upset and quite frightened. I couldn't understand why it would happen to me - I don't drink or smoke and eat well, and it seems such a rare prevelance. I wonder what causes it - is it anything to do with Blood Group? (I am B+). Anyway, pleased to say that since this, I have had no further lesions.
