Richter's Transformation as a
Richter's Transformation as a diagnosis into DLBCL isn't reported to SEER so you might have to discard the Richters in terms of figuring this out and simply go with the stats known for DLBCL treated with R-CHOP, and depending on the stage (prognosis is better for early stage than later), as well as depending on other factors, you're looking at a cure rate of around 80% or so for early stage and 30-50 for later stage. That said, stem cell rescue for DLBCL has a success rate of about 50% and comes with plenty of risk and a lengthy recovery. You can get a good idea of your prognosis using the IPI although, as noted in the link, the IPI doesn't include Rituxan, which has made a big difference.
