Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC)
Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) is not often treated with chemotherapy in the first place, so I wouldn't imagine much research has gone into identifying the proper target in SCC for a specific monoclonal antibody. Since they're all so specific, I can't off the bat imagine any current one being effective against SCC, even in the cases where SCC has metastasized to other parts of the body by way of the lymphatic system.
