I'm sorry to read that your MCL has returned. How were you initially treated a decade ago?
Unfortunately, not much has changed in a decade in terms of understanding this lymphoma subtype. A couple drugs have received FDA approval as second-line therapies, but they aren't terribly effective. You might check out the Mantle Cell Lymphoma Consortium, which works alongside the Lymphoma Research Foundation, to find a specialist near you who might be better equipped to help you, and I would also suggest looking into MCL at ClinicalTrials.gov (assuming you're in the US).
