Worried about swellings and other symptoms

I was hoping that maybe someone could give me some advise, i have been unwell for about a year and half, and have been backwards and forwards to the drs and hospital fpr tests, my drs seem to not really listen and i feel like they are putting how i feel down to anxiety and stress, and to a certain extent i would say that i am anxoius, but that is due to the changes and how unwell i feel, and the fact that i dont feel theyare taking me seriosly, the symptoms started over a year ago, i noticed a small lump on the left side of my neck, i started to notice that my breathing was bad and i was having regular nitesweats and always felt fatigued, the dr prescribed me inhalers, and said they couldnt feel the lump, the lump neva went down and all the above symptoms were still there, i started getting uncomfotable feeling on my left side that felt like my ribs were being pushed up and pain in my spine that felt like my bk was going to snap, i also started loosing weight, i went bk to my dr who completely disregarded woy i was saying, and said to me what do you think it is cancer, in a patronising way, a week later i went to a and e, because i felt so ill, my bp was 178/98 and my pulse was 99, he wrote a letter to my dr saying that i shoul b tested for lymphoma with b symptoms, i was referred and had at ct scan and blood tests for cat sratch and hiv and anything that would give the symptoms i was experiencing, the ct scan show to small reactive nodes, my hb was slightly raised and my lymphocyte was slightly low, the dr said everything ok, i then noticed a lump on my rib again on the left side and a lump in my breast coming from under my left arm, my dr said the lump on my rib was just a rib that was more notice able because i had lost wait, i said i didnt think it was cos i would of noticed it b4, for 10 months 3 different drs said the same, i was referred to a breast clinic for a scan and mamogram, and they only checked my breast, i had to push for another scan of the lump, and finally they said it was a lump but it wasnt anything to worry about, the lump has grown, the nitesweats are everynite and drenching, my neck now has a swelling from under my ear to the bottom of my neck, which my dr said was the way i was holding my head, but its not and it has got worse its firm and noticably more promient than the other side, there is also a painless lump in my armpit, im experiencing itching, and sometimes a rash that looks like little pin pricks over my back and chest, i have a small lump behind my right ear on the bony bit and a swelling by my left clavicle that have come up in the last month, i also get pressure and flushing and my veins seem to look more prominent wen i bend forward, and my gfr blood test came bk at 57. Can anyone give me advice, cos the drs are makimg me feel like its in my head, even tho i have physicall changes in my boody, i have also started getting pain and swelling in my right knee

So many of your symptoms do indeed seem to indicate some form of lymphoma, from the night sweats to the chest pain to the itching. The most effective and reliable way to confirm or rule out a lymphoma diagnosis is by excisional biopsy of a swollen node. None of these doctors you've seen have been willing to biopsy the swollen node in your neck? Considering your symptoms that seems shocking.

Thank u for replying, they dont seem to take any of my symptoms seriously, they just refer bk to my tsts , ct scan and bloods and x ray i had over yr ago and say that they were ok, so i should stop worrying, but then they told me for 10 mths that the lump on my rib was only my rib, even tho i kept saying i didnt think it was, eventually i was told it was a lump but a pretened lump and they thought it was ok, im at a loss of wot too do, and hesitant to go bk to drs cos i always leave in tears and feeling like im imageing it,

Since the early 1970s, incidence rates for non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma have nearly doubled. Improved diagnosis has contributed greatly to the increase as doctors better understand cancer of lymphocytes and can distinguish it from other diseases.
