Went though ABVD, DHAP, BEAM and radiation to the mediatinum. In remission for the 2nd time. I was supposed to be ammenorrhiac and continue to have regular periods, what are my chances of concieving or even ovulating if I continue to have my period?

Radiation to the mediastinum
Radiation to the mediastinum should mean above your diaphragm so I don't see that being an issue with regard to your reproductive system. If anything were to make you ammenorrhiac and/or infertile it would be the chemo.
The biggest factors are age, drugs and dosages. Some women will experience chemo-caused ammenorrhea for a year or more, only to have their periods return. I don't know statistics, but the fact that you're having regular periods is not a bad sign, that's for sure.
However, it does NOT ensure fertility either. Beyond a drug like Procarbazine, which you didn't receive, the biggest chemo threats are the alkylating agents, which I don't think you received either, followed by something like doxorubicin, which you DID receive (in the ABVD).
If I were you I wouldn't be too encouraged by your regular periods. Not trying to be an ass here, just realistic. I mean it's better than them not occuring, but for many women it's probably quite often misleading, and a source of false hope that I imagine would be heartbreaking.
We went to a fertility
We went to a fertility specialist in April. We did initial hormone counts and realized that my thyroid was completely out of whack ! We redid them in September and this is what they saw:
April and September
TSH= 8.2 to TSH= 3.26
LH= 60 to LH= 7
FSH=143 to FSH=13
Est=24 to Est=321
I am not taking birth control or any type of HRT. My body seems to have completely recovered on it's own. My ovarian reserve on one ovary however is lower, but I did suffer from PCOS prior to chemo which has inturn been a saving grace on my right ovary which seems to still have a good amount of follicles. He has bumped up my synthroid to 1.25mcg to bring my TSH counts hopefully down to 2. something, to encourage pregnancy possibilities.
Are my chances of concieving still very low or are these counts very encouraging for possible conception.?
Personally I don't know how
Personally I don't know how to interpret your hormone test results, so I can't say whether they are encouraging in the face of the prior chemo treatment. perhaps someone over at conceivingconcepts.com might have an idea?
