You'll need more information,
You'll need more information, but if you get more information, a reasonable prognosis is possible. Check out this prognostic calculator for Hodgkin's lymphoma. You just fill in the scores and you can determine what kind of percentages your sister is looking at. However, you will need to know her:
Albumin levels
Hemoglobin levels
Leukocytosis count
Lymphopenia
You already know her age, gender, and stage. Plug those figures into the calculator.
If she has a solid tumor or bulky mass in her chest, my guess is that her diagnosis is at least Stage IVB, meaning it's not a favorable diagnosis. However, while "not a favorable diagnosis" in lung cancer means you're dead in a year, "not a favorable diagnosis" in Hodgkin's could mean something like a 50% chance at cure.
I hope this helps.
