My mother is 74 yrs old and diagnosed with Stage IV CD10+ LrgB cell lymphoma located in her L4 and L5 vertebrae. Starting R-CHOP chemo this week. Does anyone have some insight on what our expectations should be for the coming weeks/months?

A lot of what to expect
A lot of what to expect depends on the kind of health she's in before she starts chemo, as well as her emotional state during chemo. R-CHOP is a relatively effective chemo regimen, but for people of your mother's age, things can go either way.
