My dad was just diagnosed with large B cell lymphoma.He is a pancrease transplant recipient. We are being told if he continues to take the drugs then the cancer will grow faster. He is going for chemo in a few weeks, SHould he not take his immunosuppresi

Hi Molly,

Have you talked to the doctor or hospital that performed his transplant about this? It would be good to have their input. This is such a catch 22 situation. I would suggest getting suggestions from each specialty, both the cancer treatment specialist and post transplant care specialist. We want his pancreas to survive this too, but he is the first priority. Our prayers are with you.
