Marginal zone lymphoma

I was diagnosed in 2005 with Marginal Zone Lymphoma but it seems that the only part of my body that is affected is my bone marrow. It was originally suspected to be Hairy Cell Leukemia but after bone marrow biopsy this was discounted. I was treated initially with Chlorambucil and a few years later with FCR (Fludarabine, Cyclophosphamide and Rituximab). Apart from pancytopenia I have had no symptoms and have not felt unwell (apart from during the chemotherapy). Everything I read about the condition talks about the lymph nodes and various other organs being involved, with 3 types typically being described - extra-nodal, nodal and splenic. I can't find a description of MZL only affecting the bone marrow - could it be something else?
