There is an association, yes.
There is an association, yes. sjorgren's is an autoimmune disorder, and many such disorders-- in which the immune system attacks some aspect of the body-- are loosely associated with lymphomas. It is rather rare for people with sjorgren's to develop lymphoma, however those people do have a slightly higher risk factor for developing the disease. this is true for rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and other autoimmune disorders.
