The only way to be absolutely sure that you don't have a lymphoma is to get a lymph node biopsy and have it reviewed by an experienced blood pathologist. A CBC will not rule out lymphoma.

Will the Dr. do that if there is not swollen lymph nodes? I almost feel like they think I am just a complainer, but it is just not normal to have 100 degree fever almost daily.

No, probably not without suspecting lymphoma, and it doesn't sound like your doctor suspects lymphoma.
True, that fever isn't normal, but in lymphoma, lymph nodes aren't sore or tender. It's always awful when you don't think your doctor is taking you seriously. Can you go to another doctor?
