I have had all of my lymph nodes removed in my right arm due to breast cancer. Should I be terribly concerned if I scratch, scrape or cut myself?

are you worried because you

are you worried because you think your immune system is compromised from the removal of the lymph nodes? your body has hundreds upon hundreds upon hundreds of lymph nodes, and when an antigen gets into the lymph system it gets carried to a node, where it gets trapped and taken care of. just because you're lacking a cluster in one arm should have no impact on the ability of your lymphatic system to clear antigens from your body. furthermore, it should have no effect on healing a wound, since that depends on your blood's ability to clot.
