i have been in remission for two years, now in the past month or so i have lost alot of weight like i went from 126lbs to 103lbs and i have lost my appetite im just not hungry and i have had a few night sweats not many though is this something to worry abo

While you don't say what

While you don't say what exactly you're in remission from, I don't think there's any question- yeah, this is something you should worry about. You are clearly aware of some of the more common signs and symptoms of cancer in general because you mention three of them- unexplained weight loss, loss of appetite, and night sweats.

You try to shrug off the night sweats by suggesting you've only had "a few" but stop thinking like that and assume that they, along with your weight and appetite, are symptomatic of SOMETHING that is potentially very serious, and go see your doctor. As soon as possible.

Please see your Dr asap it

Please see your Dr asap it could be nothing to do with the cancer but you need to see about your symptoms
