I had a DVT about 4 years ago

I had a DVT about 4 years ago and have been on Coumadan ever since with constant ups and downs in the count. Now i am going on chemo and wish I knew what to expect. I had a biopsy done during a ct scan and later on another or so I thought it was to be. I woke up cut from breast to pelvic area and told by surgeon he tried to cut it out but couldn't get to the core and was sorry. Since then I have developed 2 hernias along surgery scar. Dare I trust this surgeon again? I asked when I had a bowel problem and needed to access the hospital for elimination of same of the doctor there if he could tell me why he had done it and from the doctor on call there was told because he could.

My oncologist seems to sweear by him should I trust her as well or get another doctor all together. thank you for any advice.
