I completed ABVD for Hodgkins Lymphoma, Stage IIB (Nodular Sclerosing) in 1995. I recently had a MRI of L-spine which showed Heterogenous Bone Marrow. What is your recommendation? Thank you.

Can you clarify your question? What was the dx from the doctor who ordered the MRI?

The dx was Right Hip Pain. A

The dx was Right Hip Pain. A MRI of the Right Hip and L-Spine was performed. The L-spine showed: The bone marrow has a heterogeneous appearance, which may secondary to prior treatment of Hodgkin lymphoma. (Chemo was completed 15 years ago). The remainder of the L-spine reads At L1-L2, L2-L3 and L3-L4 there is no significant spondyloarthropathy. At L4-L5, there is a mild broadbased disk bulge. At L5-S1, there is a mild broadbased disk bulge. There is mild bilateral
facet degenerative change. The MRI of the Right Hip showed There is a small amount of increased signal at the insertion of the hamstrings into the right ischial tuberosity. IMPRESSION: Tendinopathy of the hamstring tendons at the insertion into the right ischial tuberosity.
I have been a long distance runner for 14 years, up to 2500 miles per year and have a leg length discrepancy that is 1.7cm to right leg. The pain in the hip has increased over the last year. No complaints of back pain except mild. Thank you.
