The report actually says
The report actually says "stage I-E of stage IV"? That must be a misprint, since clinical diagnoses just aren't expressed that way. There's of course a huge difference between stage I-E and stage IV, they're nearly at opposite ends of the staging spectrum. I would urge her to call the pathologist who wrote the report or her doctor and have that clarified.
