Antibiotics? She needs the
Antibiotics? She needs the mass ultrasounded, CT scanned, and biopsied. If she's a smoker, it could be cancer. If she has heat-flashes and hairloss, it could be thyroid cancer...
i don't know about heat
i don't know about heat flashes...no hair loss, but has a persistant cough...gets tired a bit..nausea and nose has bled some time, but she don't always get the same symptons twice.
should i try and get her to go to casualty when she feels bad or would they tell her to wait for the appointment ??
If by casualty you mean like
If by casualty you mean like an urgent care clinic or an emergency room, those kinds of medical facilities aren't the right places to seek treatment for a chronic disease like cancer. They're appropriate for acute care only. That said, it's unclear exactly what your wife is suffering from. If her condition is deteriorating, or she feels rotten, I would call the office where her appointment is on Feb 17 and tell them about her symptoms and that you think it's important that she move her appointment so that she can be seen sooner. Considering the circumstances, they should make an exception for her and make room in the schedule.
