A specialized center, in this case, would be any of the National Cancer Institute's designated comprehensive cancer centers; they're distributed across the US and the full list can be seen at www.nccn.org. These are the kinds of places where their lymphoma department almost assuredly is staffed by more than one expert in T-cell lymphomas, people who are on the cutting edge of emerging treatments etc.
