While four years cancer free
While four years cancer free is a good long time, it doesn't mean he's out of the woods. Granted his odds of it recurring after four years are pretty low, you always want to be certain. it sounds like he's got symptoms that are troublesome no matter what, so at the very least it seems he should see a doctor, and considering his history, a hematologist makes the most sense especially one who knows him.
