Mother's C.T scan indicates lever,spleen enlarged,lymphnode in paratrachel,aroto-pulmonary,prearotic regions,clinically shows glands in growin,armpit,diaphram.Cervical biopsy report negative blood report negative but fever,loss of wt & appetite

The symtoms and examination report sent to you. One more to add there are glands on both side of the daiphram.The blood report does't indicate M band.No abnormal billirubin in blood.No M band in urine examination.Hemogram is normal expcept ESR is 70mm hr.calcium,potassium,sodium in blood normal. The sr albumin is 2.2 and Sr.Gglobulin is 5.8. The cervical lumph node was taken out twice and both the biopsy report normal. Mother is 84 yrs old. Her health is going down very fast. Not possible to carry out the bone marrow test.Shall we ask our doctor to administer the chemo therapy without the proper daignosis of sub type of lymphoma?
