How long ago were you
How long ago were you treated? There are lots of reasons for lymphadenopathy, not just lymphomas. That said, if you were recently treated and this is a recurrence, you most likely would not receive ABVD, as it evidently didn't work. Your oncology team would determine the best second-line therapy. That might be Adcetris, also known as SGN-35, or another combination chemo regimen.
But false positives are very common, so try not to worry too much yet.
