I will have a biopsy of a lymph node in aortopulmonary window and of one left hilar area. What kind of lymphoma is most likely if it is lymphoma. I am a 63 yr. woman who is being montiored for MM right now.

The huge majority of cases of Hodgkin's involve the chest, where those nodes are, whereas less than half the cases of NHL do. But Hodgkin's is uncommon in people your age; more common would be an indolent NHL, like follicular lymphoma.
