I have been noticing some weird (scarry) symptoms. I have been running a low grade fever for no reason (did a z-pack and still have it), swollen lymph node under right ear for a long time, night sweats (nightly) Anyone have any ideas?

Well most lymphomas are
Well most lymphomas are discovered when a person notices that they have a swollen lymph node. additional symptoms sometimes include night sweats and fever, along with fatigue, weight loss and a change in appetite.
So is it possible that you have lymphoma? Of course it is, but it's also possible that you have a minor cold, or the flu, or lots of other diagnoses that don't even approach lymphoma in terms of seriousness. Best bet is to see your doctor and let him or her know about all your symptoms, how long they've been going on, and the severity of them.
Good luck!
