Does lymphoma show up in blood work?

No. Not directly at least.

No. Not directly at least. And only barely indirectly. In short, not even a CBC could determine whether or not someone has lymphoma--- unless the lymphoma had spread to the bone marrow, in which case it's possible through lab tests to find some cancerous lymphocytes in the blood.

Some major organs can, in certain tests, suggest that something's amiss, which would prompt the doc to order more tests. For instance, if the lymphoma had reached the liver, those values may reflect possible lymphoma; same, sort of, with bone and kidneys. Plus tumors cause changes to the environment around them, meaning certain blood chemistries could indicate a possible presence of a tumor.

Either way, the only accepted means of making a diagnosis of lymphoma is through the biopsy of a lymph node or the biopsy of bone marrow.
