Starting in January of this year we began to take advantage of the incredibly generous and helpful service provided by the American Institute for Cancer Research of publishing the delicious and health-conscious recipes cooked up both in their Test Kitchen and under their Something Different heading, written by one of the pioneers of food blogging, Dana Jacobi, whose original Prodigy blog The Bytable Feast, is often cited as the internet's first food blog.

While we will continue to do so, we thought it might be handy to offer links back to all the recipes to date. They are listed below.

- Summer Veggie Soup

- Quinoa Risotto Primavera

- Grilled Salmon and Spinach Salad

- Gluten-free Crepes

- Broiled Tilapia with Mustard and Yogurt Sauce

- Hummus

- Cream Spinach

- Asian Chicken with Honey and Ginger

- South of the Border Beans and Rice

- Sesame Sugar Snap Peas

- Milanese Turkey Cutlets

- Chicken with Cabbage and Leek
