Help me understand

My name is Claire and for almost 2 years I have had swollen lymphnodes in my pelvic and chest area. I have had 2 petscans, numerous catscans, 2 mri's and 2 byopsies, and a bone marrow test. The lymphnodes are so deep they could only get a small piece with no conclusion. Thee second biopsy was on a mass near my pelvic wall which showed no cancer. I am pain free right now but when I do get pain its really bad with nausea and throwin up. I have gone to a specialist and they have no idea what is causing this. Should I be worried? I have learned to live with the pain when I comes but I am also frustrated with the diagnose. I found this site and thought I would write if nothhing else to make me feel better.
