What does a lump above the collarbone mean

I am 18 years old and am used to having swollen lymph nodes around my neck when I get sick. I, on average, get sick 2 times a year or so. I just saw that I have a small bump/lump above my right collarbone. It seems pretty small. Maybe 1/4 of an inch or so. I am in my first year of college and do not get much sleep and am often very stressed. Could that be it? I have been trying to read around this site but just want to see if people have had experience with this. Should I go see a doctor or wait a few weeks and see if it goes away? Thank you.

Hey buddy,

I wouldnt mess around... if in doubt, get a consultation with a doctor you trust.
